BC Seeds Returns & Refunds Policy. At BC Seeds, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. In these instances, we are happy to offer you an outstanding a returns or refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged or defective upon receipt may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Products must be sent to a domestic address with tracking
Return Process

- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Replacements
- If you would like to request a replacement, please contact our customer service team.
- We will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions
- Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
