Marijuana Contaminated with Broken Glass

Dealers now cut marijuana with very dangerous substances to increase profits. May Karma get them. This is what they are doing; they shake all the THC off marijuana to make Hashish, then put broken glass into the marijuana to make it appear that it has THC. It used to be safe to buy Marijuana, no drug dealer would mess with it, it was always dangerous to buy cocaine and XTC pills and other chemical drugs because you never knew what you were getting and they often cut the drugs with rat poisoning and other harmful substances. Dealers did this to make more profits, and Marijuana is still thought to be safe to buy, but it is not! Currently it seems there are four main types of Contaminated Marijuana flooding the streets

• Large Glass Particle Contamination
• Industrial Etchant Spray Contamination
• Sugar or Sand Contamination
• Micro Contaminants (stealth grit)

Smoking cannabis that is contaminated with any of the above has been linked with complaints by users of sore mouth, mouth ulcers, chesty persistent coughs, Bronchitis, Pneumonia and a tight chest lasting a few days after use. I’m certain that smoking glass will make permanent damage on your lungs. Fortunately, identifying most of the contaminated marijuana varieties is fairly straightforward. In most cases the weed will, at a glance, look of a good standard but it will not smell very strong at all. On further inspection the contaminated marijuana may seem like it is covered in what looks like THC crystals however these could be the contaminant glass / silica particles so a more detailed examination is required. The surest method seems to involve testing the weed by placing a very small amount in your mouth and running it over your teeth / tongue. If you feel a gritty sand like residue when you clench your teeth together then chances are you are dealing with contaminated marijuana (probably the silica or road paint contaminant variety). If you don’t feel any grit-like substance between your teeth but the weed tastes very sweet (sugary) then chances are it has been dusted with sugar to bulk out the weight. Anti-freeze is a big “hit” with the dealers for higher profits. They spray it on and it apparently makes it look like it has more crystals. The only way to stop this madness, it to grow your own.
