Blue Elephant Bud
Blue Elephant Bud is a rare blue hued elephant Mother, crossed with our most stable Elephant Father. We had only 1 dominate blue phenotype appear in a single female plant while growing out 10,000 seeds of Elephant Bud. We didn’t discard herbecause she was the “blue sheep” instead we kept her and bred her as a mother. She has deep blue hue’s in her and a slightly more berry flavors in smoke. We didn’t want to dilute her powerful Elephant Genetics by giving her a Blueberry Father to gurantee her blue color, so instead we gave her pollen from the most stable father out of the 10,000 seeds we planted. After numerous cycles, her blue hue’s were not guaranteed until we inbred her for another 8 cycles, and now we have a stable blue hued Elephant stain you can enjoy!

Blue Elephant Bud. Working with the Rare Blue Hued Elephant Mother, crossed with Elephant Bud Father. Then the real work began, we planted 20 offspring for this new small project. The offspring were all females on the first cycle. Terrible news for us because we wanted to find a male. A strong male with the desirable breeding traits specific for this new strain we were trying to create. 100% all female. How unlucky and rare. Second Cycle: We planted 100 of the same offspring looking for a suitable father. We used a different light schedule and got 12 males. Sadly none of these fathers any blue hue’s and they were discarded. Third Cycle: We took the rest of the seeds, just under 200, sprouted them up, yet under a different light cycle and added a bit of heat stress. 70 males, 3 with blue hues. BINGO! We selected the Shortest and the tallest of the blue hued males. Fourth Cycle: The cross with the shorter blue hued male father yielded more, it’s buds were denser and had all the traits we were looking for, and most of the offspring all had the desired blue hue. The taller blue hued male got amazing results too, just not the best traits for indoor growers. It didn’t produce any poor bud. Au contraire, it’s dynamite! It’s just the plants are too tall. Last summer we planted her outdoors and one plant yielded over 12 pounds. These massive yields earned her the title Blue Elephant Outdoors. Our employee’s compared both Blue Elephant and Blue Elephant Indoors and 9 out of 10 actually prefer her taste and high much more than our original Elephant Bud. Fifth – Eigth Cycles This was the tedious work we did on Blue Elephant Bud. These cycles were very focused and intense. Pure stabilizing for massive THC production and to get her to be uniform in blue hues and to stabilize her plant hieght. Very good growth, nice smells. A real bouquet of blueberries, fresh and sweet. I grew these organically and she was smooth as hell on my throat using a water bong., taking large pulls. It won’t take much to get you really stoned. I did two big pulls and it was way too much for me, especially when trying a brand new strain,, you have no tolerance on new strains, and it made me paranoid

I bought their Elephant Bud back in 2011, and I thought I’d give their Blue elephant a try since I loved growing and smoking blueberry because they smelled so good. Well, Blue elephant didn’t disappoint, rather it exceeded my expectations and I was expecting so much because Elephant Bud yielded so much. BC seeds is the king of cannabis breeding, hands down.

When the strain first came out it wasn’t on sale and I paid $4000 for 10 seeds. They sent me 30 freebies, 20 of them were also their world’s strongest strains and the other ten were KMAK.
In less than two years, I paid off two cars (one is a BMW), a condo, and a house boat. So cheers, to all you silly people whom think you can play, and not pay. You get what you pay for, and growing from the best genetics pays off. It seems the only people complaining are those too cheap to take the risk to make money. Less competition and more for me, so what do I care.

fast flowering, heavy production, blueberry/rasperberry smell and heavy potent stone, you can’t even make a decent conversation after toking this. Too potent for me, I don’t like becoming a brain dead zombie..
