What a day in Amsterdam

As a long-time enthusiast of cannabis, I have had the opportunity to explore the culture and community surrounding this plant in many different parts of the world. However, nothing could have prepared me for the truly unique and enlightening experience I had while smoking cannabis and wandering through the streets of Amsterdam, and then stopping at their coffee shops to smoke more cannabis.

Walking through the streets of the city, it is hard to miss the smell of weed in the air. It is a city where smoking cannabis is part of the culture and accepted as a normal part of life.

I felt as if I were a part of a community. The police were friendly, nothing like back home in Canada. The Strawberry Haze was delicious, and the high was uplifting and energizing.
