We DO NOT accept Money Order, Credit Cards or orders with tracking/signature required. They all leave paper trails and are too risky for you to use. Anyone offering real service in this industry would only accept cash. Doesn't this make sense to you? Use your own judgment.
Regular mail is by far the safest and most reliable. We also recommend that you pay for express shipping with tracking for return service if your really that worried about receiving your order, it's not necessary as the regular mail postal system in North America is very reliable and fast and Regular Mail is by far the safest most reliable and fastest.

- Did I get Scammed?
No, absolutely not! If your sending us emails and complaining, I probably sent you to this link to read.
Shipping times do vary (and are not in our control), and this past Christmas we have seen a slight increase in complaints with customers saying it's been 8 days since they were notified their order was received and shipped and they still have received nothing. You have to realize that their was 4 days when the post was Closed due to holidays and week ends, so 8 days is really only 4. I can't make people working for the post, deliver during the holidays, so please don't take it out on us!!! We are sensitive people and it hurts our feelings. We are very kind, hard working and honest, so why do you send us nasty emails assuming the worst? These same unkind people send us an apology email a few days later saying their order came in. It's not like we received your order and are sitting on our butts for weeks before mailing it out, all orders ship with 24 hours and you'll find that we always answer your emails promptly and always stay in touch. So before sending us a nasty email, please keep in mind that we are doing our best to give you the best genetics on the planet, we ship as fast as humanly possible and we can't control how fast the post guys work, but they are reliable.. so hang in there...If it's a Sunday Night and your waiting for your order, wait till Tuesday night to email us if you must, to give a couple business days for you to get what you ordered, this will prevent most of the abusive emails we receive, thanks in advance!!!
Please also remember that bcseeds.com is the Reliable and Honest website, their are many, many other seed websites with BC in thier name and they are scams. Another one of our biggest problems is getting angry emails from customers that order seeds from one of these scam site and cunfused us with them.

If you made an order and had these two problems listed below, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NOT CONFUSING US WITH A DIFFERENT WEBSITE before you send us a nasty email: 1. they never got anything, or 2. They wouldn't germinate.
We get many angry emails from people swearing up and down that it was us, and it usually takes about 2-3 emails before they realize it was not us who they ordered from.... it was another website who ripped them off, but the sites looks a bit similar or also has BC in it's name, so it's easy to confuse us if your not a regular customer.

How do I know you won't keep my money and never send any seeds?
Unfortunately there are people that take your money and are not very peace loving. These are smaller sites that don't stay in business very long. We have been providing seeds since 1998 and our reputation is well respected in the seed community for breeding only the highest quality seed genetics and providing outstanding customer service. We are honest peace loving hippies. Please use your own judgment. Hopefully you found this website from word of mouth, if not then please ask around. We're sure you'll hear great things about us. We have noticed 1 complaint online from the year 2000, this is the only complaint we could find and it was because someone confused us with a different BC company that is not very ethical.
We immediately correct any problems (which are very few) and we ask that you at least give us 48 hours to correct any issues before bad mouthing us.
If you have any growing questions, just give us an email using our support ticket system in the left column of the website and we'll help you out even if you're not our customer.

How soon will my seeds be sent?
After the payment is completed, we ship right away. It's very likely your order will be shipped the same day. Everything is currently in stock. If we are out of stock of the strain you ordered, we will email you with a guestimate of shipping time and ask if you would like to wait for them to come in stock or find a simular product in stock. Shipping times depends on the speed of the postal service in your country. You can expect your order to arrive in 1-7 business days depending on you shipping method and location. Do not email until 4 weeks total have gone by since you've placed your order. Keep email use to a minimum please.

What shipping methods do you use for my discretion?
All orders are shipped very discretely with no indication to their contents. After placing an order with us, do not throw away mail you don't recognize, and look very closely at the contents inside to find your product hiding. If you received a package and think it might be from us, send us an email if you have trouble finding your product, it's hidden very well, but if you look hard enough, you'll find it.

I read something bad about your company from online forums, why should I trust you?
We encourage you to read about us from our customers, we have the best customer service, best prices, and best shipping.
With 9 years of experience selling seeds online, many complaints you'll find online are people confusing us with other seed banks with a similar names. There is one particular BC website that people confuse us with all the time which is not very honest. They have ads in many major magazines even thou they are a scam. we get emails swearing up and down we ripped them off and they want there credit card refunded. We have never accepted credit cards, so we know right away it was not us they were scammed by, it was the other seed bank with BC in it's name. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME and it is giving our seed bank a bad name. Not cool, when we are the most honest seed bank in the business since 1998.
Other bad forums posts could be from young, inexperienced growers that kill their seeds by using bleach, over-fertilizing or not using proper germination techniques (they let the seeds dry out, drown them in paper towels with zero oxygen, or they use well water or water with chlorine which kills the seeds)
We do our best to provide new growers with the proper information, but not all take the time to read it, and get angry when they make mistakes and blame us. All seed banks have the same comments, so do some research and decide for yourself.
But please keep in mind people are not always patient.
EXAMPLE:
Customer sends order from Australia. We get it in 7 days from the time he shipped it. He get's an email that his order was received today and shipped 7 days from him sending it.
2 weeks (14 days) from our ship date, he still has not received his order and he assumes we ripped him off because it only took 7 days to arrive, so he assumes it will take the same to get back to him.
The truth is, he was VERY lucky his order caught the perfect connections for mail to arrive that fast, all the way around the world in just 7 days. On the way back, it missed the fast connections and actually took 3 weeks.
So after 2 week of waiting, he goes on the forum and says we stole his money when that never happened at all.
Three weeks later, his order arrives. We sent freebies with his order and it was post dated when we said it was. He say's he is sorry but never removes the bad post on the forums.
Truely the only way to know if we are legit is WORD-OF-MOUTH, but I don't even think you can find too many bad posts about us online, if we were really strealing from people they're would be thousands of really mad people.
So yes, expect to read some bad posts about us from impatient people that were actually very happy with our products.
NOTE:
Our seeds are very closely monitored for quality, we are not new at this and if you have a legitimate problem, we will take care of it for you. We keep DIN numbers of all seeds, so we can track any bad seeds that leak into this system (which is very unlikely) but if you have a real concern, we can make it right, quickly.

Germination and (Female:Male) ratios?
If taken to a country where it is legal to germinate cannabis seeds, yes, they will grow just fine. Normally 70-100% Germination. Remember that seeds are from nature so we can't guarantee you more female than males, that's up to god (Unless you order our 100% feminized strains)
But you can guarantee more females when you grow if you DO NOT stress the plants while you are growing it. Stressing the plant can change female genetics to male. The best way to produce more females is to take great care of your plants, make sure the roots are not sitting on a cold floor and make sure you never give the plants light when they are supposed to be in the dark cycle. Using 24 hours of light during the vegetative cycle also creates more male plants. If you use 18 hours of light during vegetation, you'll have more females. Hope this informations was helpful.
Only use 100% distilled water DO NOT adjust the PH levels, many people add some type of acid (PH DOWN) to adjust the ph level from 7 to 6. Do Not do this.. acid kills. You can adjust for optimal PH levels only after the plant has a very healthy root structure so it can absorbe any shock from the mld acids or bases used.
Do not use tap water, it contains chlorine and kills seeds. Yes some house plant seeds like Basil or Tomatoes may germinate just fine with city water, but many commercial seeds have a built up immunity to handle the chlorine. Considering the costs of seeds, do not risk using tap water ever!!
Do not use WELL WATER. Yes, maybe in the past you've always used your well water for our types of products without previous problems, but bacteria levels change, especially after large amounts of precipitation and it can cause problems. NEVER USE WELL WATER.

How long can you keep Cannabis seeds, and how do I store them from becoming non-viable?
Seeds should be used within 6 months for best results. You can store up to 2 years if stored properly, but germination rates will drop with time. A dry, cool dark place is recommended. Use an airtight container, not much larger than the amount of seeds being stored, as air contains moisture and you want the least amount. If you store your seeds in the freezer, DO NOT remove them until you are ready to use them. Taking them out to thaw and freeze again is not good for the seeds and could cause problems germinating. Do not even open the lid and put them back in the freezer right away as this lets in moisture and can cause major problems when you try to germinate them.
