1. Payments
All payment will be made in the currency we decide to pay out, either Pounds, Euros or Dollars. Payments are made on the 1th day of every month for the amount earned in the previous month. You must make at least 20 affilliate sales before being paid your first payment. This is to prevent people from ordering themselves, so they can get a discount off thier personal order, or a friends. If we suspect abuse, like your neighbor ordering for you, you will not be paid that commission and/or other commissions earned We have a zero tolernace for this. |
We will only pay affiliates when the balance of the payments due the affiliates equals or exceeds 5000. Any balance below 5000 will be carried over to the following payment period until the accumulated balance equals or exceeds 5000. If you don't generate over 5000 within 12 months, this balance will be forfeited for administrative costs. |
2. Liability

| We are not liable to any damages due to downtime, incorrect usage, technical issues or false representation. |
3. Termination
|
We reserve the right to terminate any account and decline funds for any reasons at all. Some reason may include bit are not limited to: any participant that is partaking in illegal and improper activities. These include, but are not limited to, fraudulent credit activity, newsgroup spamming, and unsolicited e-mail. We have zero tolerance for these activities. |
4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the Terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another. |
5.General Practices Regarding use and Storage

You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. You acknowledge that we reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that we reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice. |
6. Modifications to Service
We reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
