How to order safely and problem free from our website. Yes, ordering is really easy. Make sure you follow these steps to ensure you get you order as quick and safe as possible. 1. Use correct postage ( I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH) If you do not live in Canada, then your postage rate is INTERNATIONAL, not local. So MAKE SURE YOU USE ENOUGH STAMPS. 2. Avoid email use at all costs (it's not because we don't like hearing from you) if you have a question, read our FAQ, your answer should be there. 3. Read our order form, READ IT ALL and follow the instructions carefully. 4. Registering as a member is easy, but you may not receive our validation email because your ISP or Email provider may BLOCK our emails. AOL blocks our emails. Most people have good luck with free emails like Hotmail and Gmail. If you're having problems with your validation email, add noreply@bcseeds.com to your email contacts. Also check your junk box. If you still have problems, send us an email and we will manually activate your account. Remember the email and password you used. If you still have problems, simply use our Printable Order Form, "FORM B" it is a pen and paper order form.
We have two ways to order: 1. ONLINE ORDERS (ORDER FORM A) - FIRST you LOG IN, then you begin shopping by adding the products to your shipping cart, and then proceed to check out online. During the checkout process, you click on the "continue" buttons, and at the last step "confirm order" button, this is when you get your ORDER NUMBER, a 4-digit numerical number. If you forget to clink on the "confirm order" button, you will not get your order number. Having your order number will allow you to track the status of your order (when it arrived, and when it was shipped) 1. HAND WRITTEN ORDERS (ORDER FORM B) -This method of ordering is for people that do not want to give their personal information online, or had problems registering as a member. All hand written orders are filled just as fast as online orders, but once the order has been shipped, the order form is destroyed and we will have no record of it at all. This means you cannot email us asking about the status of the order.
